Cannot watch channels in Proximus Pickx app anymore

I cannot watch anymore TV in Proximus Pickx app anymore.
Even though I have Proximus TV with Sports Pack it says that I need a pack to see the TV.

I am using the same login details as the one I login to the Proximus account but it says Guest login and the channels are not viewable anymore.

Just saying - and I do know this is no help at all - here it is working.
I checked if the password  for tv and my account are also the same (which I wasn’t sure of, I use a password manager) and they are.
So are you sure about your password(s)? You type them manuallly? If so, sure you made no mistake like a capital or not or something else?

There was a general issue.

After a technical intervention by our experts, it is once again possible to successfully log in to Proximus Pickx & the Pickx app.

Our teams are closely monitoring everything to ensure that the situation remains fully stabilized.

 

Is everything OK now?

This is not the case. I can login to the platform, but cannot watch anything in the pickx app.

Not using VPN, and trying to access the Pickx app from Belgium.

It’s still the same issue.
Something changed like 2 weeks ago and I cannot watch any channels in the Pickx app anymore.
Also same in browser.
When I login to the platform (Pickx) from smartphone app or browser, it seems that I don’t have my TV subscription linked at all.
