I ordered a phone as part of an expiring contract
I paid for a new phone and the order was canceled
8th April
My questions in the chat remain unanswered and the consultants hang up
Let me ask you: How long will it take to get my phone refund?

Because the PX moderators might be able to help you further and provide more information if they pick up the thread here:
Write down as much (private) customer information as possible in your → ForumProfile (while you are logged in) (if this has not already been done).
In the "Ticket" field you can enter specific/private information regarding your question if you wish.
Private fields are only visible to Proximus employees! Finally, click on "save changes" at the bottom. Report it here as soon as this has happened.
I completed the information
after cancellation it can take up to 6 week before refund will be done.
