Instead of being switched over to telenet, the numbers have been deactivated and I am being sent around in circles with no solution. How do I solve this mess as fast as possible?

Now all my numbers have disappeared from myproximus. I hope they aren't lost.

FYI: The procedure to switch providers via "easy switch" is that you contact Telenet to do the necessary. Because if you cancel your subscription via Proximus, you indeed risk that they will cancel your abonnement before you are already connected to Telenet.

NB: No one from Proximus itself comes to the forum here anymore, won't be back until Monday. If you still wish to contact Proximus, you can do so via the helpdesk during the weekend ( → Contact our customer service | Proximus) .

That's true but now two numbers are switched. The sim card number doesn't match the phone number. 🤷🏻‍♀️🙈
