It has been about 2 days since the home internet was connected, but it suddenly stopped. When I looked at the connected fiber box, I saw that the red alarm light was on and the internet light on the internet box was constantly flashing. My internet was cut off. I reset the internet, turned the box off and on, but unfortunately it didn't work, please help.

on the fibermodem pusch the reset button fot 20sec and if it not works yet, then  → Reset your b-box/Internet Box | Proximus
