Voor verenigingen stuur ik regelmatig nieuwsbrieven uit via mailchimp, dit al jaren zonder problemen. Nu recent krijg ik bijna constant de melding “Request Blocked”. Ik heb al geinformeerd bij Mailchimp en het zou liggen aan een IP conflict. Hoe kan dit opgelost worden?
Mailchimp: To provide a bit of context on Akamai, this is a service we use to monitor IP addresses. Akamai will automatically block access to IP addresses when malicious activity is detected across any of their endpoints. This does not mean that you have personally done anything malicious, however because IP's can be shared, malicious activity from someone else using the same IP could cause affect the reputation of that IP address, resulting in the block. We would recommend to either wait that 24 hour period, or reach out to your hosting provider and request a new IP address.
