On my ont box near fiber coming from outside wall has 4 rj45 ports, 1 port running to internet box l, can I use the other 3 ports directly connecting to a PC? Does it work like that

The incoming fiber optic cable arrives at the ONTP (= fiber optic termination box), from which a fiber optic patch cable runs to your ONT (= fiber optic modem), from which an utp cable departs to your Internet box (= Bbox/router) which is connected to the Bbox his WAN port.
The Bbox has 4 ethernet utp LAN outputs to which devices can be connected, such as a PC, for example. Devices can also make a connection with the Bbox over Wi-Fi.
