How to file a complaint?

Hello,

 

sorry it is in English, please feel free to answer in Dutch or French.

I have a problem with my Internet, currently spending my weekend without it, because line is not coming in showtime since Friday. I had a technitian coming to solve the problem two times already: once in the summer, and once about 1 week ago. Now it is back again. I have an appointment again on Monday, but somehow I doubt that the problem will be permanently fixed (they said it is fixed last week, but here we are again). I am paying for a service that I am not getting, so how can I get some refund and how can I be sure that I actually get finally stable internet connection?

Good morning

 

Indeed today between 16.30 - 18h a technician will be there to see what kind of problem there is. He can see the history of the problems in the past. But at this point there is no signal at your bbox. So there can be a fault in the bbox, but also on the cable outside or a problem in our local center. 

We keep our thumbs up and we hope tonight the problem is completely solved.
