I order online an iPhone 7,and I supposed to received in 04.04 but nothing of course.In my tracking link appears: order received :and that's that.I called support 4 times nobody knows nothing,I went to à Proximus center,an again nothing.I start to believe that I lost my money,and with that my confidence in Proximus.They offer good packages but the service it's the lowest that I have to deal until now.Other people experience that?
