Wi-Fi Hotspots

Hi, I want to create an account to use wifi hotspots. But always when I open "Wifi hotspots" in my proximus account, I get this "Dear user, due to a technical problem it is temporary not possible to access this application. Our apologies for this inconvenience." And it is already two weeks since I see this... What is the problem?

try it again when you open your browser in private / in cognito mode key combinations CTRL+SHIFT+P or CTRL+SHIFT+N depending of which browser you use and also do attention if you use an ad-blocker, turn it off and try again.

I tried with firefox and IE. The same problem.

try it again when you open your browser in private / in cognito mode key combinations CTRL+SHIFT+P or CTRL+SHIFT+N depending of which browser you use and also do attention if you use an ad-blocker, turn it off and try again.
