i have had a contract with you which i cancelled when i moved my number to mobile vikings on July 14, 2017, 8:10 a.m. the number is 0472126664. i still received a bill in august, which i paid, as i thought maybe the switch wasnt early enough and therefore overlapped with the new month. yet, i have received bills afterwards. i contacted you via phone about a month ago about this, explaining my situation, and the customer service representative said that it has been taken care of. i made sure and asked "so i dont have to pay these bills", and got a "no you dont" back. yet here we are, i received an sms of a company called Intrum, about two open bills. i would like from you to handle this matter. as i said, i am not a costumer of yours anymore since July 14, 2017, 8:10 a.m., which was when my number was transferred to mobile vikings. kind regards
