My address on my proximus account on web site is my old address, but on My Proximus + app it’s my new address .

I’m trying to change my old address to my new one on web site but it doesn’t work. How can I solve this problem?

@Abdu Because the PX moderators could help you better/more quickly if they pick up the thread here again on Monday: Note as much (private) customer data as possible in your → Forum Profile. In the "Ticket" field you can mention specific/private information regarding your question or information that you consider important in relation to the question. Private fields are only visible to Proximus employees! Finally, click on "save changes" at the bottom. Report it here as soon as this has happened.
