Despite having been twice infromed (via e-mail and via SMS) that a technician would come to install my internet between 9 and 13 on a given day, they have not showed up. Both my wife and I work from home and absolutely need internet connection, and have come from Ireland, where we usually reside, specifically to be able to be present for the technician’s arrival.
