Hello,

Newly bought blaupunkt does not connect to proximus wifi with single ssid

Below are the Instructions from proximus

First check the wifi signal. Is it a 2.4 GHz? Our robot only works with a 2.4 GHz, and is not supported by a 5 GHz signal. Do you know how to split up the signals? Make sure to give the 2.4 GHz a different name than the 5 GHz. Then try and connect the robot to the 2.4 GHz signal. Still having trouble? Please contact your internet provider. They know your router and can help you split up the network signals.

How to enable both 2.4 and 5 on the router ?.

Regards,

D

You can do this simply via the bbox3 Graphical User Web Interface (GUI),
by surfing to http://192.168.1.1
(log in there as User with the User password, which is on a sticker of your bbox)
Click on the "One SSID" banner and then "OK".
This disables "One SSID", (= Smart wifi)
(PS: "One SSID" can be reactivated in the same way)
  * This allows you to choose different names for the different WiFi frequency bands after deactivation and also change the WiFi channels back via the GUI of the bbox.

Remark:
With a bbox4 = "Internet Box" you must disable One SSID via MyProximus App in the Wifi setting:

Manage Wi-Fi
on this page you can configure your Wi-fi network
Private WiFi
Single SSID →  Off
