Hey,

I am trying to setup DDNS on my bbox-3 router but every time i configure it. I get the error message: "Try Again...! Domain name should start and end only with alphanumeric characters. Domain name cannot contain white space or special characters other than hyphen or dot." It says the hostname address in not correct but i triple checked it and it is the right format/value. How can i fix this error?

You can try first to reset the bbox3 by holding the recessed reset button at the back for 20 seconds until only the Power light at the front lights up, then release the reset button.
