I have a problem with my Internet, currently spending my weekend without it, because line is not coming in showtime since Friday. I had a technitian coming to solve the problem two times already: once in the summer, and once about 1 week ago. Now it is back again. I have an appointment again on Monday, but somehow I doubt that the problem will be permanently fixed (they said it is fixed last week, but here we are again). I am paying for a service that I am not getting, so how can I get some refund and how can I be sure that I actually get finally stable internet connection?
