internet not working even after paying the bill

I made a delayed payment, but even after the payment the internet speed is very slow

@prasadb0 Since the PX moderators might be able to help you better and more quickly when they pick up the thread again tomorrow: Note down as many (private) customer details as possible in your → Forum Profile. In the "Ticket" field, you can mention specific/private information related to your question if you wish or consider it’s important regarding your query. Private fields are only visible to Proximus employees! Finally, click on "save changes" at the bottom. 
Let us know here once it is done.
