ik ben overgeschakeld op proximus mail. moet ik dan outlook (accounts) verwijderen van mijn PC ?

Nee dit moet niet, je kunt verschillende Mail clients gebruiken met je mail accounts, als je IMAP gebruikt loopt alles synchroon.
