Hello,

I pre-ordered an Iphone 15 pro 2 weeks ago and I was debited 299 euros and received a confirmation documents by email. Then my order was cancelled due to the fact that did not sign “the request_of_transfer_andcontracts”, I signed the document but I didn’t how to send it back to them. How could you cancel my order without informing me?
