I wanted to order a phone through your online portal and it takes me to a page to enter my details of my DOB and Identity Card Number. To my understanding I assume that the identity card number will be rijkregisternr. which is a 11 digit number. But I am not able to go beyond this page as the portal is looking for a 12 digits identity card number. 

What is the correct data to be entered here
