Why am I still receiving bills?!!!! :(

I had contacted Proximus via this forum once a month ago, about a bill that I received 2 months after I cancelled my services and moved out of Belgium. I was told that I would receive no more bills from Proximus.
Yet I receive another bill last week!! Please, when will this harassment end? :(
Just in case someone would wish to actually help with this problem, here is the information of my bill:

I've made a credit note for the amount of 7,21 euro.
