Vodafone usb stick K4510 werkt niet samen met Windows 10
Alles geprobeerd het werkt gewoon niet.
Dus geen internet en TV Overal op de laptop meer

Heeft Proximus een ander type stick al in de aanbieding???

Vandaag wel bij een Proximus verdeler geweest maar die wilde er alleen een verkopen ondanks dat het bij mijn abonnement in zit.
Die verwees me dus door naar een Proximus center
Wil graag eerst weten wat anderen er mee doen.

Ik heb dit kunnen oplossen door de software die op de stick zelf staat te installeren onder windows 10 en dan "Vodafone Mobile Connect" opstarten via Windows start menu om daar dan de pin code in te voeren.

Als je googelt kan je ook veel oplossingen vinden
bijvoorbeeld om er maar één op te sommen:
I would suggest you to uninstall the current driver for Vodafone K4510-Z, download the latest driver from manufacturer’s website and install it in compatibility mode.

Follow the below step.

Step 1: Uninstall Vodafone K4510-Z driver.

1.Press Windows key + x and select Program and Feature.


2.Select Vodafone K4510-Z.


3.Right click and select Uninstall.


Step 2: Download the latest driver from the manufacturer’s website and install it in compatibility mode.

To run a program in compatibility mode, refer to the below link:

Note: Applies to Windows 10 as well.

Ben ik mee bezig geweest
Als ik de usb stick aansluit op de laptop en de software opnieuw wil installeren komt er een melding van er is geen internetverbinding
Of heb u de software/drivers bij de Vodafone site zelf rechtstreeks op de pc gezet????
Maar bij een overzicht van de software voor de K4510 staat geen Windows 10 bij dus ga ik er van uit dat deze niet beschikbaar zijn.

Zo ik kan weer even vooruit denk ik.
Normaal zou Proximus toch een nieuwe versie van een usb stick moeten leveren als dit bij een abonnement in zit.
Of heb u dit al eens nagevraagd.

Ik heb dit ook gevraagd in een proximus center toen ik windows 10 geïnstalleerd heb en ook met deze problemen af te reken had, maar ze hebben mij ook geen 'echte' oplossing voorgeschoteld alleen verwezen naar de software die je kan downloaden op de Vodafone site en dat ik eventueel een nieuw model kon aanschaffen.

Met een nieuw model aanschaffen bedoelde ze een nieuwe usb stick kopen bij Proximus.
De bestaande werd toen bij het abonnement mee geleverd.

Inderdaad die van mij werd ook indertijd bij mijn abonnement bijgeleverd en ik kreeg ook als antwoord dat ik eventueel een nieuwe model kon aankopen dat onder windows 10 werkt !!
Dan heb ik verder gezocht naar een oplossing en heb zelf software van de Vodafone site geïnstalleerd maar het wou maar niet werken, toen ik stomweg geprobeerd heb om de software die op de stick zelf stond opnieuw te installeren en wonder bij wonder lukte het (ik heb zelf geen capabiliteit mode gekozen)
