the program service that is available on the screen can only see 2 hours ahead and is not available beyond that time. This is not consistent some days it works tonight it did not again. This is annoying to be able to record programmes etc.



The programme pages that you scroll through jumps when you get to the end to pages many steps away for instance get to 53 it jumps to 101 then you have to log in again to reset.





This service is simply annoying, also the language is only available in Netherlands or French and not in English or subtitles identified is not shown or not available.





This is not a level of service expected for a very highly priced pack at a rate of 3 x expected for a very poor service.
