I'm a new Internet Intense customer. I was attracted by the Unlimited option that comes standard with this account.
I have noticed that the usage on e-Services states 500GB with the option of adding packs of 20GB for Eur0.
Is this the Belgacom way of working with a Unlimited account? If I do not buy the extra packs and consume more than 500GB, I will be put onto small-band?
If indeed I have to work with packs (which is what I am assuming), is there a limit to the amount of packs that I can order at a given moment?

you can 'buy' as much free volume (in packages of 20GB) as you want.
you can 'order' several packages at one time, and they will be transfered to the following month if necessary.
however, if you reach 500GB and haven't 'purchased' free volume, you'll be put on small band.
so it is indeed unlimited, but in a kinda strange way ;)

Thank you for the confirmation xenne. It is a slightly strange way of working, but at the end of the day, it is unlimited so I'm a happy customer :)
