It just doesn’t respond..

How do I contact the support by email? any idea?

FYI: Proximus does not have a specific e-mail address for complaints, the e-mail form (→ e-mail form | Proximus ) does work for complaints about bills.

Well, there is a button to send an email. The button just doesn’t respond. So seems like they wanted to provide the option, just a bug on the website.
