Wrong bill

Good evening. I have a question about my last bill. I cancelled my subscription of proximus products from the 19th of January. But in the bill it stands the payment for all the month. How we can fix that problem?
My customers no. is 620427825.

Hi Laukutis, your order to cancel your product is not processed yet, I made a ticket for this, the ticket number is IM8860628. It will be processed in 3 working days. I give you a creditnote of 23,77 euro's (for the days after 19 January), the amount that you must pay is 27,91 euro for the last bill. Greetings, Aziz
